Today... Campsbay or bakoven

I'm keen for a dive this afternoon around Camps Bay or Bakoven.. anyone know the conditions?

I'm still a bit wary of going down to Bakoven and CampsBay. I have heard that spearfishing isn't permitted in certain spots due to parts of the coast there being a marine sancuary? I am eager to test some of those spots along the road from camps bay to llandudno. Where about do you dive in Bakoven and Camps Bay if you dont mind me asking?
